How it's set up
Material is built around cases from your operation. It's more preparation work and it shows in the result: someone learning SQL by querying their own company's sales table leaves knowing how to query it on Monday.
And it usually follows another project. When we deliver a dashboard or a system, training whoever will use it is what decides whether it's still standing in six months or whether everything went back to the usual spreadsheet.
Before you decide
What we usually get asked.
- In person or online?
- Both. Online works well with small groups and an exercise in every session; nobody follows a two-hour lecture over a video call.
- What level do I need to start?
- We start where the group is, which is why it's worth measuring beforehand instead of assuming. Putting someone who has never opened the tool in the same session as a daily user serves neither.
- Do you provide materials and a certificate?
- Materials yes, and they stay with the team. An attendance certificate too; what we don't issue is third-party official certification, which comes from the bodies that accredit it, not from a supplier.
