What we have delivered to the public sector

This is not a new line we would be trying out on your entity: the three things an institution tends to need, we have delivered already — separately or bundled in the same requirement.

  • Custom software

    Systems built around the entity's actual procedure — its states, its owners and its deadlines — rather than a generic manual.

  • Software licences

    Licence supply with the documentation and paperwork in order, which is usually the part that holds an acquisition up.

  • Hardware

    Equipment delivered, installed and working, not merely dropped off at the storeroom with a dispatch note.

Registered as a supplier

We hold an active entry in the National Registry of Suppliers for both goods and services. For whoever is buying from within an entity that means two concrete things: we can be contracted without anyone waiting for us to sort our paperwork out, and one company can cover both the equipment and the system that runs on it, instead of splitting the requirement between two suppliers.

It is not a claim you have to take on trust: the registration is public and can be checked against our tax ID in the registry's portal, just as awarded contracts can be looked up in the public procurement system.

How to start from inside an entity

  • With the requirement half-written

    That's the best moment. We help pin down what is really being asked for before it is frozen into terms of reference that are awkward to correct later.

  • With a quote

    If the requirement is already defined, we prepare the quote with the detail and format the entity needs for its file.

  • With the system already running

    We also come in where something is already running: integrations, new modules, or maintaining what another supplier left half-finished.

Before you decide

What we usually get asked.

Are you registered as a state supplier?
Yes, with an active entry for both goods and services. It can be verified against our tax ID in the registry's portal before inviting us to anything.
Can you supply both the hardware and the software in one requirement?
Yes, and it's one of the reasons it's worth it: being registered in both categories, the entity doesn't have to split the purchase between an equipment supplier and a systems one, nor arbitrate afterwards over which of the two is responsible when something fails.
Do you work with entities outside Lima?
Yes. The work is remote except for what genuinely requires being there — the initial assessment, installing equipment or training staff — and that is agreed and quoted from the start rather than appearing later.
Can you help draft the terms of reference?
We can help define the technical scope of what the entity needs, which is different from writing the document for it. The former prevents asking for something that won't solve the problem; the latter is the entity's own responsibility.
What about maintenance after handover?
It is agreed in writing before starting, with its channel and response times. And the source code of anything custom-built stays with the entity: we don't hand over a system that leaves them depending on us for every change.
