Two ways to get to an ERP

The first is keeping the one you have. Almost no company needs to replace an entire ERP: what it needs is coverage for the three processes currently handled outside it. We build those modules and wire them into the running system, so nobody has to be retrained and ten years of history don't have to be migrated.

The second is building one. That makes sense when the current ERP can no longer be touched — the vendor doesn't maintain it, nobody knows how it works inside, or every change costs more than a rewrite — or when the operation is distinctive enough that no package fits without bending it out of shape.

  • Inventory and warehouse

    Stock by warehouse and location, stock ledger, batches and expiry dates, transfers and stock counts, with a full trail behind every movement.

  • Sales and receivables

    Quotes, orders, dispatch notes, invoices and receivables, with the per-customer or per-channel pricing and discounts you already use.

  • Purchasing and suppliers

    Requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and payables, with supplier tax ID and status validated against the official registry.

  • Logistics and distribution

    Routes, dispatches, delivery tracking and fleet control, with a mobile app for whoever is out on the road.

  • Accounting

    The accounting module inside the same system, fed by what sales and purchasing already recorded. Explained separately under accounting systems.

Before you decide

What we usually get asked.

Can I keep my current ERP and add modules to it?
Yes, and it's what we recommend most often when the current ERP works. We build the missing modules and connect them to the existing system through its database or API. It's cheaper, goes live sooner and doesn't force a migration of your history.
Do you migrate data from the old system?
Yes, it's included: items, customers, suppliers, balances and whatever history needs keeping. Before go-live we run a trial migration and reconcile it against the old system, so nobody discovers a mismatch on day one.
How long does a rollout take?
A module on a working ERP takes one to two months. An ERP built from scratch is measured in months and depends mostly on how many processes are in scope; that's why delivery is phased and the first phase is in use long before the rest is ready.
Does it validate customer and supplier tax IDs against the official registry?
Yes. It connects to our API platform and onboarding pulls in the legal name, taxpayer status and condition without anyone typing them, which puts an end to master data full of mistyped entries.
What about support after go-live?
It continues. The first months bring the most changes, because that's when the team finds out what's really needed. We agree a channel and response times in writing.

How it's rolled out

In phases, with the old system still running. We start with whichever process hurts most, go live on real data, and only move to the next once that one works. Replacing an entire ERP on a Monday morning is the fastest way to stop a company.

Data migration is included: item, customer and supplier masters plus opening balances. So is training, by role rather than one general session: the person invoicing doesn't need to know the same things as the person running the warehouse.
