Custom software development for companies in Peru.

Systems built around how your company works, not the other way round. From the first assessment through go-live, training your team and supporting it afterwards.

When custom software is the right call

Off-the-shelf software solves what every company does the same way. The trouble starts with what your company does differently — which is usually the very reason customers buy from you and not someone else.

The signs are always the same: spreadsheets running alongside the official system, someone retyping data that already exists elsewhere, licences paid for modules nobody opens. When the real process lives outside the software, the software has stopped doing its job.

What we build

  • Management systems

Inventory, sales, purchasing, production or logistics, with the states and validations your operation actually uses instead of a generic manual's.

  • Web platforms

Portals for customers, suppliers or distributors: they check their account, place orders or download their invoices without calling anyone.

  • Integrations

Wiring what you have to what's missing: your ERP to the online store, the payment gateway to invoicing, official registry data to your customer onboarding.

  • Automation

Processes someone runs by hand every day: file loads, reconciliations, scheduled sends, report generation.

  • Mobile apps

Android and iOS for work that happens away from a desk: field sales, delivery, warehouse stock counts, on-site service orders.

How we work

  • 1. Assessment

We start by looking at how you work today, spreadsheets included. That's where the scope comes from — and also what we shouldn't build, because something you already own solves it.

  • 2. Fixed proposal

Scope, timeline and price in writing before a line of code is written. If the scope changes later we say so and requote; it doesn't show up on the final invoice.

  • 3. Phased delivery

Working software arrives in parts, not all at the end. What goes live first is whatever hurts most today, so the system starts paying off before it's finished.

  • 4. Go-live and training

We migrate the data you already have and train the people who will use it. A system the team can't use is a system that's back in Excel within three weeks.

  • 5. Support

We stay on after handover: fixing issues, making changes and adding features as the operation evolves.

Before you decide

What we usually get asked.

How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the scope, which is why we don't publish a rate: a module that solves one process and a full management system have nothing in common. What we do is fix the price in writing before starting, after the assessment. That first assessment is free.
How long does it take?
A contained module is usually in production in four to eight weeks. A full management system is measured in months, but you don't wait until the end to use it: delivery is phased and the first phase goes live far sooner.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code and documentation are handed over, and you're not tied to us: you can take it to another provider or your own team whenever you want. Custom software you don't own is a licence in disguise.
Will it integrate with the system I already have?
That's the usual case, and it's often half the work. We integrate with existing ERPs, online stores, payment gateways, business intelligence tools and with official Peruvian sources — SUNAT, MTC, REINFO — through our own API platform.
Do you work with companies outside Lima?
Yes. We work with companies across Peru and abroad; the work is remote except for what genuinely requires being there, such as the initial on-site walkthrough or team training.

Shall we look at your case?

The first assessment is free and produces a written scope. Message us and we'll set it up. Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 17:00 (GMT-5).
