Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of Perú Software Consulting Group S.A.C.'s API platform. By creating an account or using an API key, you accept them.

What the service is

We provide API access to lookups against public registries of the Peruvian State. What we offer is the access and the format: the information still belongs to the authority that publishes it.

Your API key

The key is personal, non-transferable, and answers for everything done with it. Keep it on your server, never in mobile app code or in the browser, where anyone can read it.

If you believe it has been compromised, revoke it from the dashboard and generate another. Let us know and we will review the history with you.

Acceptable use

Lookups return data about people and companies. You may use them for legitimate business needs — validating a customer, completing a form, cleaning up your portfolio — but not to:

  • Rebuild, resell or redistribute the source database, or build a competing product by replicating the full registry.
  • Profile individuals for purposes other than the one the data was provided for.
  • Any purpose contrary to Law 29733 or to the regulations that apply to you.

Plans, quotas and payments

Each plan includes a number of lookups per period. Once exhausted, the API returns a 429 and lookups stop until renewal: there is currently no per-lookup overage charge.

Unused lookups do not roll over to the next period. Prices are published excluding Peruvian VAT (IGV).

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the service continuously available, but it depends on State portals we do not control: if a source changes, goes down or stops publishing a field, the corresponding lookup may fail or become unavailable.

We return what the source publishes at that moment, unmodified. We do not warrant that the data is accurate or current, since that depends on the issuing authority, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.

Termination

You may cancel at any time by writing to contacto@perusoftware.pe. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or whose usage puts the service at risk, giving notice whenever possible.
