Purpose of the service

The company provides access, by means of an application programming interface, to lookups against public registries of the Peruvian State. The subject of the service is access to and structuring of that information, which remains owned by the authority that publishes it.

User account

An account may be created with a password or with a Google account. In either case, the email address provided must be one to which the user retains permanent access, as it is the channel for consumption and renewal notices and the means of identification should access be lost. Disposable email addresses are not accepted.

One account corresponds to each mailbox. Variants of the same address, such as tags following a plus sign or dots at providers that disregard them, are treated as the same email address and do not permit opening a second account or obtaining the trial plan again.

API key

The key is personal and non-transferable, and the user is responsible for all use made of it. It must be kept on the server and must not be embedded in mobile application code or in the browser, environments in which it is accessible to third parties.

Where compromise is suspected, the user must revoke it from the dashboard and issue a new one. The company will review the usage history at the user's request.

Acceptable use

Lookups return data on natural and legal persons. The user may employ them for the legitimate purposes of their business, such as validating customers, completing forms or cleansing a portfolio. The following is prohibited:

• Rebuilding, reselling or redistributing the source database, or developing products that compete with it by replicating the full registry.
• Profiling individuals for purposes other than that for which the data was provided.
• Any purpose contrary to Law No. 29733 or to the regulations applicable to the user.

Plans, credits and payments

Each plan comprises a set number of credits per period. Most lookups consume one credit; certain services, such as document downloads, consume more, and the cost of each is published on its respective page. Once credits are exhausted, the API returns code 429 and suspends service until renewal, with no charge for additional lookups.

Credits are replenished at the start of each cycle and are not cumulative: those not consumed within a period lapse when the next begins. Under annual plans, the allowance renews monthly throughout the twelve contracted months.

Prices are published excluding Peruvian value added tax, which is added when the order is confirmed. Payment is made by Yape, Plin or bank transfer and is confirmed manually: the plan is activated once payment has been verified, not upon its mere declaration. Unpaid orders lapse after three (3) days and may be generated again at no cost.

Availability and accuracy

The company takes the measures available to it to keep the service continuously available. However, the service depends on State portals beyond its control: if a source changes how it operates, ceases to be available or stops publishing a field, the corresponding lookup may fail or cease to be provided.

The company delivers the information as published by the source at that moment, without modification. It does not warrant its accuracy or currency, as these depend on the issuing authority, and it is not liable for decisions taken by the user on the basis of that information.

Termination and suspension

The user may request termination at any time by writing to contacto@perusoftware.pe. The company may suspend accounts that breach these terms or whose use compromises the provision of the service, giving prior notice wherever possible.

Upon termination, the user's keys are revoked and cease to operate immediately. Billing data relating to orders already issued is retained for the period required by tax regulations, as set out in the privacy policy.
