Services / Accounting
Accounting systems inside the system your company already runs.
The accounting module as part of your ERP or custom system, fed by the sales and purchases already recorded. It isn't one more program alongside the others, and that is the whole difference.
We don't sell an accounting package
Worth saying up front, because it isn't what everyone is looking for: we don't have an off-the-shelf accounting package with a monthly licence. What we do is build accounting as a module inside the system your company already operates.
The difference shows up in one very specific place: double entry of data. With a separate accounting package, somebody retypes into it what was already recorded when invoicing and purchasing. When the module lives inside the same system, the journal entry comes from the document that already exists — and what ends isn't just the duplicated work, but the month-end argument about which of the two systems is right.
What gets built
-
Chart of accounts
Yours, with the structure your accountant already uses, and the cost centres you actually need to split expenses across.
-
Automatic journal entries
Sales, purchases and stock movements generate their entry from the document that produced them, with the accounting rule defined once.
-
Electronic invoices
Issuing invoices, receipts and credit notes wired to the authorised provider you already use, tracking the status of each document.
-
Electronic books
Generating the books and registers in the format the tax authority requires, from the movements already in the system.
-
Statements and reconciliation
Balance sheet, income statement and ledgers by period, plus bank reconciliation against the statement so that balancing stops being a spreadsheet job.
How we start
With a look at how accounting is handled today and what system sits underneath, because that's what determines whether the module can be built on what you have or something more is needed. That first conversation is free and produces a written scope.
Every company files differently and every accountant works differently, so what gets built is defined case by case: which books are genuinely needed, which invoicing provider you work with, and which reports the person signing off actually uses. None of this comes predefined, which is why there's no closed feature list on this page.
Before you decide
What we usually get asked.
- Do you sell a licensed accounting package?
- No. We build the accounting module inside your ERP or custom system, and the development is yours: there's no monthly licence to use it. If what you want is an off-the-shelf package to install tomorrow, we're not the right provider.
- Does it issue electronic invoices valid for the tax authority?
- Issuing goes through an authorised electronic services provider, which is what validates with the tax authority. What we build is the part of your system that assembles the document and connects to that provider, including tracking each document's status. If you already work with one, we connect to it.
- Does it generate the electronic books?
- We build the generation of the books and registers your company is required to keep, in the required format and from the movements already in the system. Which ones apply depends on your tax regime and turnover, so it's settled in the scope rather than assumed in advance.
- What if my external accountant uses their own software?
- That's the most common case and it isn't a problem. There the system doesn't replace their software: it hands over the information already reconciled and in the format they need to import it, so they stop receiving a pile of loose documents every month.
- Does it work for an accounting practice with several clients?
- It can be built that way, with per-company separation and per-client users. It's worth saying so during the assessment from the outset, because it changes the design considerably compared with a module meant for a single company.
Shall we look at your case?
