What is included

    Accounts on your own domain, and MySQL or PostgreSQL for whatever runs behind.

    The familiar control panel to manage it, and automatic backups for the day you need to roll back.

Moving a site that already exists

Migration is free and happens without cutting service: everything is copied, tested in parallel, and only when it works does the domain point to the new home. Visitors never notice.

If the domain is registered to a previous supplier, the first step is recovering it. This is more common than it sounds, and it is where a company discovers it does not control its own address.

What we usually get asked.

Is the domain registered to me?
Yes, always. It is yours even if tomorrow you move the hosting elsewhere. A domain registered to the agency is a leash, not a service.
What if the server goes down?
There are automatic backups to restore from and ticket support to handle it. No serious provider promises zero downtime; what is promised is having something to come back with.
Does it work for any system?
For WordPress, Moodle, stores and most common software, yes, and they come ready to install. A custom system with unusual requirements may need a different kind of server, and that is checked beforehand.
